You have 14 days to cancel your order when shopping at www.iconichairs.com. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods or when they were collected at the post office/mailbox. If you have ordered multiple different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

NOTE! You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the goods.

When returning the item and utilizing the cancellation right, it can only be done if the item is returned in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you received the item. All items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags still attached. The cancellation right is forfeited if you have used the item in a way that significantly reduces its sales value. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged, and you are responsible for the costs of the return. Remember to include the return form with your information.

To receive a full refund of the purchase amount, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may test the item, but not actually use it.

If you cancel your purchase, we will refund your money. In the case of a deterioration of value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
