When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

Account Responsibilities:
You must not share your account credentials with any third party
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security
You may not use as a username the name of another person without authorization
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
3. Purchases & Payments
When you make a purchase through our Service, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
Payment Methods:
We accept various payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. By providing your payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

Important: By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
4. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
Items must be in original condition with tags attached
Wigs must be unworn and in original packaging
Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned
Proof of purchase is required
Refund Process:
1. Contact us at info@iconichairs.com to initiate a return
2. We'll provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions
3. Ship the item back to us with the provided documentation
3. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
